Community Parks

Acorn

Acorn park is one of  our two swimming parks and is located at the very south end of Antelope Trail.  It is a wooded park with a clearing at the lake.  There is a small sand beach, a small dock, raft and 2 picnic tables.  There is also a canoe/kayak rack near the water.

Birch

Birch Park is one of our “dock” parks.  The park is on Antelope Trail at the foot of Sable Court.   The park boasts the largest open space of our 4 parks.   There is a large picnic shelter on site, a volleyball (grass) “court” and a horseshoe pit.  There is also space here to “dock” 7 or 8 boats depending on size.

Cedar Park

This park is another swimming park.  It is located on Antelope Trail approximately midway between Birch Park and Impala Hills.   It is similar to Acorn: wooded, with a clearing at the lake.  There is a small dock, a raft, a picnic table and a swing/slide set for kids.   A canoe/ kayak rack is close to the water.

Driftwood

Driftwood Park is a “dock” park; located at the end of Impala Hills.   There is room for 10 to 14 boats depending on size.   The park has  the only boat ramp available in the community, for the exclusive use of the community.  There is a lock on the boat ramp gate.  The combination is changed every spring.
