Association Bylaws
The Association has a set of bylaws that are followed by the Board of Directors and the members. Here are a few important highlights.
1. Annual membership fees are $130, due October 1st of each year. Late fees apply retroactively from the date received, to November 1st of each year.
2. An Annual General Meeting for all members is held in September of each year.
3. Before building, permits must be obtained from the township of Smith-Ennismore-Lakefield.
4. Before building new docks, replacing old docks or making any changes to the shoreline, permits must be obtained from TSW.
5. The parks, docks and boat ramp are for the use of members and their guests only.
