Where Your Dues Go

Each property owner in Buckhorn Sands pays an annual fee of $130 to Buckhorn Sands Property Owners Association.

The BSPOA uses these funds for liability insurance,  maintain the parks (cut the grass, purchase tables and benches, keep the roadways into the parks accessible, maintain the boat ramp, etc.), pay for lake water testing, provide social events for members, and so on.
